No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning. However, we do need access to your home. You can provide us with a key or arrange for entry through a keypad or other secure method. If you prefer to be present, you're more than welcome to stay while we clean.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
