Upon termination, your access to the System will cease immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIFTYMAID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SYSTEM, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NIFTYMAID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM.

 

Governing Law, Venue, and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim arising out of these Terms or related to the System must be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

 

Miscellaneous Terms

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NiftyMaid regarding your use of the System. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
